Service Description

This session begins with Somatic exploration and practices to help actively release what is stored in the body. From emotional release, to the release of trauma, tension and even the unknown, guided somatic practices assist in clearing the energy from the physical body and reseting your nervous system. The somatic release is followed by Reiki, where you will rest and restore. Session length: 90 minutes.
