As your Somatic Anxiety Coach I'll be with you every step of the way.
During our time together, I work with YOU. Where you are, right now. With what you're feeling and experiencing. This journey will be completely personalized to your needs and goals.
The details:

6 months of coaching - biweekly, 1 hour sessions (totalling 12 sessions)

Email access for ongoing support between session

After completion of your 12 sessions, there is a 2 month integration period followed by a final check in session to ensure you reach the goals you set or to discuss ongoing support.

Discounted support sessions - this includes treatments that give extra support such as reiki, healing hypnosis or sound healing.

Sessions are done on Zoom. There are a limited number of in-person spots open to those who are local to me.
