Have you been feeling called to explore the world of energy? Has energy healing been something you're curious about but you aren't sure where to start? Reiki is an incredible tool of relaxation and healing. It brings balance to the mind and body, awareness of where our energetic blocks are and seeks to bring us back to synchronicity and harmony. It can assist us with mental, emotional, physical and spiritual healing. Reiki is offered in three levels. Level 1 training will focus on your own healing journey, while teaching you the tools you need to offer this practice to others. Become attuned to the energy of Usui Reiki. Learn how to do Reiki for yourself and others. Learn the history and principles of Usui Reiki. Learn the 7 main chakras of the energy system. Learn the traditional Japanese Techniques. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate in Usui Reiki Level 1 and will be able to register with the Canadian Reiki Association. Level 2 is for those ready to take their practice to the next level. Learn your Level 2 symbols Deepen your practice as we explore Emotional and Distance Healing. Learn the proper ethics and etiquette for this type of interaction. Know how to properly take care of your own energy when working so closely with the energy of others. You will receive your Level 2 attunement. Upon completion you will receive your certification in Usui Reiki Level 2.  You will be able to register with the Canadian Reiki Association. Level 3 is the Master/Teacher level. This training will help you deepen your skills with Reiki energy and provide the tools you need to feel confident in your practice. The Master/Teacher level will provide: A complete review of Levels 1 and 2, including symbols, hand positions and traditional Japanese techniques Master Level attunement You'll receive your Master Symbol How to attune others into the tradition of Usui Reiki What is required of a Reiki Teacher The Business side of Reiki Lots of practice time, questions and discussion You will be able to register as a Master/Teacher with the Canadian Reiki Association. Private trainings are for a maximum of 2 people.
