Cacao is a powerful teacher and a medicine of the Heart. Theobroma Cacao is called "the food of the gods" and "the food for the shift".  Cacao Ceremonies date back 3,000 years to Central America, where they recognized not only the nutritional value of cacao, but also its profound potential as a ceremonial medicine. The Aztecs and Maya elevated Cacao to a central role in their spiritual and social lives. It was used to unlock euphoric states, release pent up emotions and connect to the pure energy of the heart.  There are so many milestones and transitions in life that call for celebration. What if we celebrated them with deep connection, intention and respect. What if we welcomed these moments in life, moments that can be joyful, challenging, or full of change and grief, with ceremony and sacredness? We often celebrate the big things in life, but what about the things that just feel big? What about those moments in life when maybe we don't want to celebrate, but we want to mark the occasion and take time to process? Or when we just need to feel connected again? What calls for ceremony? *Big transitions - moving to a new home or country, starting a new job *Letting go - honouring ourselves through a breakup, divorce, grief or loss *Celebrating a new stage in life - marriage, becoming a parent or grandparent * Celebrating friendships, partnerships, mother/daughter healing and connection. *Because you want to! Maybe you just feel like you need something... something to help you connect with yourself, to make life feel sacred again. Maybe you just need some time to be guided and held within a comfortable bubble. The theme of the ceremony is up to you! And if you aren't quite sure, we'll discuss it and come up with the perfect intention just for you. Private ceremonies can include: Guided Meditation Journey Drum Journey Sound Healing Breath Work Water Ceremony Fire Ceremony Earth Ceremony Candle Ceremony Energy Cleansing and Balancing This ceremony is for 1-3 people max. Ceremonies range from 1.5 - 2.5 hours. Base cost of a private ceremony is $150 and increases depending on number of participants and length of the ceremony, which is decided based on our conversation.
