This verbally guided journey is accompanied by a Sound Bath, which is a deeply immersive, full body meditative experience where you are bathed in sound waves. The power of frequency and vibration offers your physical, mental and emotional bodies therapeutic and restorative benefits. Sound Baths can release tension from your body, improve your mood, assist with physical healing, cleanse emotions and offer a transformative energetic experience.

This Sound bath features a guided meditation journey taking you deeper into your subconscious and welcoming insights and awareness.
