Please join me for this 3 part series to learn about boundaries: what they are and why we need them. 

Boundaries are so much more than just the ability to say no. We must examine why we need to say no. How we protect our time and energy and ultimately take care of our own well-being. 

Who is this for? Anyone who finds they have deeply rooted people pleasing tendencies. Those that wish to reclaim their time and energy. Those who find it very difficult to say no even when they want to.  Those that feel drained and can't seem to restore themselves. Anyone seeking to feel more free! 

During out time together we will explore the necessity for having boundaries, what prevents us from setting them and practices to help us feel empowered to start. 

Expect to dive into topics such as people pleasing, self-sacrifice, trauma, sub-conscious programming, the nervous system and the chakra system. 

Wendnesday, November 2nd, 7pm - 8:15pm: Part 1 - What are boundaries and why is it so hard to set them? 

Wendnesday, November 9th, 7pm - 8:15pm: Part 2 - Addressing Boundaries through the Chakra System

Wendnesday, November 16th, 7pm - 8:15pm: Part 3 - Addressing Boundaries through the Nervous System 

Each session takes place on Zoom. 

The series cannot be sold in it's separate parts.
