Integrative Healing The integrative healing package is my signature work. It is the culmination of everything that I do, utilizing different modalities to provide the deepest support I can offer you. Integrative Healing incorporates energy healing, spiritual counselling and exploration of the subconscious paired with somatic healing and grounded nervous system work. It's a beautiful combination of science and the spiritual. Together we discuss your current experiences and goals before we begin the deep work. Each 90-minute session can look different, but usually involves a discussion on progress, challenges and struggles and anything that's on your mind. We then move to discuss real world nervous system support and at home practices, somatic techniques and tips and tools to support you outside of our sessions. This is followed by the energy work. Through a combination of meditation, energy healing and parts work, we explore the subconscious and deepen into the many layers of you, providing clearing of energetic blockages, increases energetic balance and offering insights and direction for how to best help you become the person you know yourself to be. Integrative Healing helps with anxiety, uncertainty, a lack of motivation and direction, emotional healing, trauma healing...you name it, this work has the ability to support you. The logistics: Integrative Healing is a package offering and cannot be done as a one off session. This is due to the deep nature of this work and the requirement of your commitment to yourself. I do not offer quick fixes and one session will never be enough to help you reach your goals. Integrative Healing is offered in a 6-session block, with the opportunity to continue for as long as the client needs. Sessions are scheduled biweekly, and will always take into consideration scheduling needs. Sessions can be either in person or distance. The majority of my Integrative Healing clients choose distance sessions for the convenience of being in the comfort of their own home.
