Reiki is an incredible tool of healing. It brings balance to the mind and body, awareness of our energetic system and where our energetic blocks are, and seeks to bring us back to harmony within ourselves.

Level 1 training will focus on your own healing journey, while teaching you the tools you need to offer this practice to others.
