This Sound Bath will begin with an intention setting meditation for this upcoming season, as well as feature a clearing of Winter energy. 

What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full body meditative experience where you are bathed in sound waves. The power of frequency and vibration offers your physical, mental and emotional bodies therapeutic and restorative benefits. Sound Baths can release tension from your body, improve your mood, assist with physical healing, cleanse emotions and offer a transformative energetic experience.

Crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs and other instruments will offer strong and pure vibrations to bring about a deeply healing experience.

There will be a combination of verbal guidance and only sound.
