Please join me for a guided somatic body scan, utilizing cyrstal singing bowls to deepen the experience and gain clearer insights and connections. 

During this practice, you will be verbally guided through a somatic body scan - exploring the different parts of your body and the memories, emotions, tension or pain they might be holding. 

The accompaniment of crystal singing bowls allows for greater mental clarity and connection, while offering healing vibrations to whatever might be discovered. 

This practice will be experienced seated or laying down, with an opportunity for movement such as tapping, shaking, self-massage, etc. following the body scan, in order to assist our body in releasing anything that might be discovered. 

When: Thursday, July 18th

Time: 7:30pm-8:30pm

Where: Absolute Chiropractice and Wellness - 3774 Walker Road (enter through the first door closest to the street)

Cost: $25

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, eye pillow and anything else that will help you be comfortable. The space can be chilly.
