What is Somatic Embodiment? 

Somatic Embodiment is cultivating a feeling. A feeling of power, confidence and vibrancy. It's not just thinking your way through life, telling yourself you're confident and powerful and in control. It's knowing you are because your whole body feels it. It's walking through life feeling that you belong, that you have purpose and that you deserve all the good it has to offer.  

What is Somatic Coaching?

Somatic Coaching integrates body-based practices with nervous system education, mindfulness, movement, breath work and parts work to help you understand and transform your relationship to stress, resilience and embodiment.

Instead of managing symptoms at the surface, we work together to gently explore and resolve the root causes—held deep in the body’s memory, so that you can show up as the person you want to be in this life.

This is a trauma-informed, personalized coaching container designed to support you in building sustainable resilience, reclaiming your energy, and living from a place of connection and vitality.

 

Why a focus on Stress and Resilience when it comes to Embodiment? 

Because without understanding the foundation that you live on, it's challenging to feel confident and powerful. Without understanding how you manage stress and how stressors are affecting your life, it's challenging to feel energetic and in control. Everything has a foundation. You have a foundation. Through understanding your relationship with stress, you can begin rebuilding capacity. This capacity fuels your resilience to the challenges that life will inevitably gift you, restoring you to your own sense of power.  
 

Inside this coaching experience, you will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of how stress actually works—from the inside out

  • Learn how to identify your unique somatic stress signatures and triggers

  • Build a toolkit of body-based practices to regulate your nervous system

  • Engage in embodied mindfulness, movement meditation, and breath work

  • Learn to metabolize stress responses and release what’s been stored

  • Shift from survival mode to a more sustainable, self-connected way of being

  • Begin focusing on feeling confident and explore the parts of you that prevent that

  • Understand the wounds you carry and how they're affecting your sense of Self

Why Somatics?

‘Soma’ means the living body known from within. And that’s where healing begins—not in your mind, but in the tissues, breath, and impulses of your body.

Stress isn't just something that happens to you—it's something that happens in you. And without a safe, supported way to process and release that stress, it builds up over time, weakening your capacity to cope, connect, care for yourself and feel confident. 

When we lose access to our body’s natural ability to complete stress responses, we begin to fragment—feeling exhausted, reactive, numb, or stuck.

But you can come back home to yourself. You can feel empowered, confident and alive in your life again.

This 8-month Experience contains:

  • 6 months of biweekly, 1 hour sessions (12 sessions)

  • Ongoing email support between your sessions

  • Discounted support sessions such as Reiki, Healing Hypnosis and Sound Healing

  • A 2 month integration period followed by a final (13th) session to ensure you're reaching your goals and discuss ongoing support

  • Sessions are conducted on Zoom. There are a limited number of in-person sessions available. 

In this personalized approach, we'll discuss your goals and what you want to feel in this life. We'll work together to explore your inner world and intuitively follow the flow of your energy in order to create the best result for you.
