Welcome to the Videos page! On this page you will find short instructional videos on Pranayama exercises. These videos are meant to give you a brief introduction to certain breathing techniques so that you may learn to practice on a very basic level.  A pranayama practice is meant to be taken slowly and should only be advanced with the guidance of a teacher.  

Pranayama sessions can be booked under services if you are interested in going deeper.

Please do not practice Kapalabhati if you are pregnant, have asthma or have had recent abdominal surgery.

Let's put them all together! An example of a mini pranayama sequence. Remember, the length of your sequence is your choice. Start slow and increase as you get comfortable. I recommend setting a 5 minute timer and adjusting your techniques to fit that length.
