About the Event
This is a monthly yoga access pass. There are 6 class offerings per week. Attend as many as you'd like.
Suitable for all levels of experience.
Classes are offered live on Zoom. Class times are in EST.
Mondays 5:30pm - 6:30pm - Kundalini inspired (there is one exception, Kundalini will not be on Monday the 15th, but Tuesday the 16th)
Tuesday 10am-11am - Pranayama and Slow Stretch
Wednesdays 7pm - 7:45pm - Guided Meditation
Thursdays 7pm - 8pm - Yin Yoga
Fridays 5:30pm - 6:30pm - Vinyasa Flow
Saturdays 10am - 11am -Yang Yin

Cost: $50+HST ($56.50CAD)
On registering you will receive a link that will give you access to all classes. There's no need to register for an individual class. SImply show up when you can!

Kundalini inspired - a focus on repetitive movement, breath work and meditation. This is an energy based practice that will target the chakras and auric field.
Pranayama and Slow Stretch - this practice begins with breath work, such as nadi shodhana and kapalabhati and is followed by slow moving stetches.
Guided Meditation - This is a verbally guided meditation that focuses on breath and visualization.
Yin Yoga - passive yoga stretches, calm and relaxing. It's highly recommended that you have blocks, bolsters, pillows, cushions, blankets, etc. for added comfort in this practice.
Vinyasa Flow - a quicker paced practice focusing on strength building and balance. You will see options for inversions and arm balances in this one.
Yang Yin - we begin with a flowing, strength building practice and move into deep, passive stretches. A great combination practice.
Pass is valid from February 1st to February 28th.
